Procurement opportunities
Please note that between of 23 December 2024 and 1 January 2025, for the Christmas and New Year's period, the Procurement Services Division will not be responding to requests for assistance with UNIDO's e-Procurement portal. Any registrations for new accounts received during that time will be processed whenever possible during the holiday period, so the waiting time may be more than during a non-holiday period (i.e., expect more than 5 days waiting time). The e-Procurement portal will continue to operate as normal assuming you already have your access rights, as well as our registration form which you will be redirected to after clicking on "Click here for more information".

UNIDO currently has an e-portal for submission of offers electronically, as listed below under "Current Opportunities". Some tenders, as shown below in the section "Additional Notices", accept submission by mail only.

For the paper-based platform, please scroll down the page until you find the section called "Additional Notices". For each of these opportunities, you can directly download the documents by clicking on "View".
