The Guide is intended to share the learning from the PPDPs in terms of how to develop and implement them successfully, what has worked and what to watch out for. It will be of interest to other organizations intent on developing new PPDPs, or for adding to their thinking about their current PPDPs, and for general interest on innovative ways to strengthen vocational training for poverty alleviation.
