Heng Sokkung

Heng Sokkung is Secretary of State at the Ministry of Industry and Handicraft of Cambodia. He has over ten years of professional experience working within various government institutions of Cambodia. Since 2008, he serves as Member of the National Committee for the Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific where he has been actively working with the international community to promote regional dialogue, sub-regional synergies, and exchange of experiences on policies and programmes.
