The purpose of the evaluation is to assess the value and effectiveness of the UNIDO \nformulation, appraisal and approval (FAA) function, as core organizational function, and to inform UNIDO Management and stakeholders on what works well and what possibly needs to be revisited and improved. The findings of this evaluation are expected to feed into a planned review of the FAA process.
